Terms of Service

1. Service Execution

AdsWala operates on an asynchronous deployment model. Upon subscription, clients submit requests via their dedicated Trello environment. We execute requests iteratively, typically delivering milestones every 48 to 72 hours depending on technical complexity.

2. Subscription Metrics

The core structure is a month-to-month SaaS license. The fee covers our programmatic engineering, ad-buying strategy, and SEO execution. It **does not** cover your native ad spend on Google, Meta, or YouTube platforms, which is paid directly to the networks.

3. Intellectual Property

All custom code scripts, creative ad assets, JSON-LD architectures, and copy delivered into your infrastructure during an active subscription become your sole property upon deployment.

4. Liability Constraints

While we optimize aggressively against algorithmic standards, we do not control Google or Meta's core algorithm updates. As such, exact numerical guarantees of traffic volume cannot be legally rendered. We guarantee execution velocity and adherence to stated KPIs.
